Kind of small, and mostly Buffalo and keno machines from what I can tell. But it's a nice atmosphere and there are a couple machines that I found to be super exciting to play...because of the nearly immediate action and bit of a win (which I promptly put right back in, walking away a loser but having had fun).
Something else...I have not played at every casino in town, though some wouldn't believe that. When it comes to perks for new members (getting a player's card), no other casino in town that I have played at does it up the way this place does. You'll get free play almost immediately, and a substantial amount at that, comparatively speaking.

I was playing this Wolf Run for 3 hours, betting 1.60 per spin. Idk how many spins I did, probably couple of thousand. And never saw a win more than 50 bucks. I played this game many times in a dozen casinos. Yeah, you win some, you lose some. But this game has guaranteed wilds, and if you give it enough time it HAS TO give back more than 15x the bet at some point. I hit a bonus, where out of 5 reels - 3 must be wild for 21 spins, thats a guarantee. That's the whole point of the bonus! Yet even in 21 bonus spins with 3 reels out of 5 were "wild", it still never paid more than 15x. Let alone spins without guranteed wilds. They are very cheap with free play and their machines are way too tight and they do dumb drawings with 3 people and don't never give cash.. My wife is a high card level and gets 10 dollars free play. Not worth spending your money they don't value their players too greedy.. Since it opened, this has been my favorite gaming location in Sparks. The staff is helpful and friendly. The variety of restaurants and the quality of the food is exceptional. The choice of games is the best in town. And not having to navigate a large hotel to get to the casino floor is definitely a bonus, especially if mobility is an issue. Finally, what truly makes a casino better than the rest, the payout. I'd rate the payout rate of Legends 7 out of 10 when betting lowest denomination on the machines. Of course your experience may differ depending on your gameplay.
Technically I can't rate service because I was only in for a short while. Like a mosquito I was attracted to the neon lights all over. Celtics did there thing on the gigantic screen as happened to walk by the sports bar. Lucky clover I was sold. I was courted by Dukes Steakhouse but was close to closing. Next time
Hostess was nice. Server was nice, cute, and constantly checked to make sure that everything was good. Fries were gross/stale, sandwich and burger tasted good, and the dessert was f*cking delicious.
This casino is growing on me. We came here in September for our Anniversary for dinner. We stayed to play a little. It was nice to have a night out.
We played several new games. It was pleasant as we both did okay on the slots. I was happy to see them pay out and pay off. While I am not a heavy gambler I often will try $20.00. If I lose it then I am done. I consider it a good night if you can play for a long time and break even or ahead. On this night I left ahead which is always fun.
